Perpetual Pool Care is built on deep roots in the pool industry. Owner Justin Evans comes from a family with decades of hands-on experience dating back to 1982, including his close connection to The Pool Surgeon, founded by his father, Harold Evans, and now run by his brothers, Grant and Jarred. That legacy of knowledge, service, and industry expertise helped shape the foundation of Perpetual Pool Care.
